After the enforcement of "the Act on Temporary Measures concerning the Development of the Machine Industry" in 1956, and for the further development of the Japanese fastener industry, establishment of a nationwide organization was requested and the launch of the Fasteners Institute of Japan was approved by the Minister of International Trade and Industry. |
